About the Artist
Timon Vader (1995) and Pam Werlotte (1996) are two illustrators with a love and fascination for everything ecological. Pam draws dreamy, dynamic worlds and is inspired by the non-human universe; in which humans often still play a role. Timon's work uses expressive characters and a slight sense of humour to spark curiousity. Their work ends up in many different places, from outdoor walls to newspapers and festival banners and is often a joy to get lost in for a while.

About the Takeover
Het Huis van Betekenis is a vibrant illustration hub and creative sanctuary from Utrecht where established names and fresh, upcoming artists connect. This autumn and winter, they are joining forces with Katoenclub for an exclusive seasonal takeover.
Guided by the theme ‘Free Your Bird’, sixteen creators embraced pure analogue craftsmanship using pens, markers, and pencils. Challenged to channel their inner bird, they created a refreshing tribute to artistic freedom, authenticity, and self-expression.
